ABOUT ME (short version)

I am Dr. Donald Crowe, an emergency physician with 40 years of experience in medicine. Throughout my career, I witnessed firsthand the profound consequences of alcohol use in countless patients. Ironically, after my stressful workday, I would come home to "relax" with a glass of wine, which too often turned into a bottle or two. I told myself I didn't have a problem until I couldn't. I quit drinking 27 years ago and have changed from someone who needed to drink daily to hold my life together into someone who doesn't want or need to drink. This was possible because I learned how to embrace sobriety. My mission now is to help individuals in their 40s, 50s, and beyond not only achieve sobriety but also cultivate a genuine desire to maintain it. Together, we can navigate the challenges of substance dependency and create a fulfilling, authentic life. I don't promise an easy journey but I have traveled a path to a better second act of my life and I can show you the way.
